Around Campus

Oregon State University student Spencer Peterson spending some of this Friday afternoon studying in the OSU Valley Library. Spencer is majoring in Business Information Systems because of his interest in statistics and data analytics. The most challenging thing he's faced as a college student is find the time to manage school work with his actual job. His least favorite thing about college is the workload.
A family going on a school visit stops to take a photo in front of Oregon State Universities ionic James K. Weatherford Hall. The hall was initially opened all the way back in 1928 and was used for housing around 344 males. It was closed down in 1994 to undergo renovation but then reopened as Austin Entrepreneurship Program in 2004.
Birds eye view of the Oregon State IM fields. The IM fields are one of the more popular destinations for students to meet and play sports such as soccer and football. The IM fields were created back in 1916, meaning that Oregon States fields have been around for over 100 years! It's known to be the third oldest intramural program in the nation.
