On The Job

 

Rosina Croswell collecting blood from Linn Benton Community College advisor Lisa Hoogesteger at the LBCC blood drive in Albany this Wednesday, 10/19/22. Rosina had started working for the blood drive at the beginning of this year as a way to give back. She was previously employed by Amazon, working as a warehouse worker. Lisa, has been donating since her college years. She has always wanted to help others as well as she's always been fascinated in the human body and it's ability to reproduce blood. 

Safeway deli worker, Donovan Mitchael scanning through the items looking for expired foods on Saturday, 10/22/22. Donovan has worked at the Safeway on 18th street in Eugene for a little over a year. His former employer was the restaurant Sweet Life Patisserie. His favorite part of his job is the proximity to his home, "It's just a 10 minute walk from my house, that's probably my favorite part about it." Michael said.
